Workflow Labs, a Seattle-based startup specializing in automation for Amazon sellers, has secured $1 million in funding to expand its platform. The company helps sellers streamline catalog management, improve customer reach, and optimize operations.

Founded in 2022, Workflow Labs has raised $3.2 million to date. The latest investment round was backed by industry leaders who see the potential of AI-driven automation in e-commerce, according to CEO Justin Leigh.

Scaling Automation for Amazon Sellers

With the fresh funding, Workflow Labs plans to grow its team, enhance its platform, and refine its automation solutions for Amazon catalog management.

“Our mission is to eliminate repetitive tasks, enabling sellers to focus on strategic growth and creativity,” said Leigh.

The startup currently supports 500 brands in managing Amazon catalogs and aims to expand to nearly 2,000 brands by year’s end.

AI-Driven Catalog Monitoring & Management

Workflow Labs differentiates itself by offering proactive Amazon catalog monitoring and automated issue resolution.

  • Its platform automates 84% of catalog-related tasks, allowing real-time updates on Amazon.
  • Handles around 300,000 product updates per month with an average resolution time of 2.2 days.
  • Ensures errors are resolved before they impact sellers.

Leadership & Vision

CEO Justin Leigh previously worked at Amazon as a product manager before founding Ideoclick, another Seattle-based e-commerce services company. He led Ideoclick until 2021 before launching Workflow Labs.

With this latest funding, Workflow Labs aims to set a new standard for Amazon automation solutions, empowering sellers with AI-driven catalog optimization.
